1. Who we are

2. What Mugibot does
Mugibot is software that helps you shop. It monitors the products (SKUs) you choose and sends restock alerts, including by Discord message. Its browser extension helps you add products to your bag and fill in a store's checkout with details you saved. It never places an order for you. You review each order and press the store's final purchase button yourself.
Mugibot doesn't get around CAPTCHAs, queues, purchase limits or other store protections, and you must not use it to try.
3. Your account
You need an account (a username and password) to use Mugibot. Keep your password safe. One person per account, and you're responsible for activity on it. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
If you connect your Discord account, our bot adds you to the members' Discord server while your membership is active, and removes the members' role when it ends. The server's own rules apply there.
4. Using stores
Stores have their own terms of use and purchase limits. You're responsible for following them. We're not affiliated with any store, The Pokémon Company, Bandai or other brand owners. We don't guarantee that you'll be able to buy any product, that stock alerts will be on time or accurate, or that the extension will work on any particular store. Stores change their websites, and some block automated stock checks.
5. Membership and cancelling
Mugibot membership costs A$19.99 / month, billed in advance through Whop (whop.com), our payment provider, until you cancel. Whop's own terms apply to payments. You can cancel any time from your Whop account (Membership → Manage membership). You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Under the Australian Consumer Law you have rights that can't be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits them.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse Mugibot: no reselling or sharing accounts or Discord access, no reverse engineering to defeat its safeguards, no interfering with the service or other users, and nothing unlawful.
7. Your data
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we protect it. Your card details are never sent to us.
8. Changes and ending your account
We may update these terms and will let you know about important changes. You can delete your account any time under Account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
9. Liability
As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses, missed purchases, or purchases you make. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, or, where the Australian Consumer Law applies, to supplying the service again or paying for it to be supplied again.
