Questions
Which stores does it work with?
Kmart's checkout flow is fully tested. BIG W, EB Games and JB Hi-Fi flows are in beta, and Target, Zing, Toys"R"Us and Amazon AU are being added — the dashboard shows each store's status. Stores change their sites from time to time; when that happens the flow is updated on our side, without you reinstalling anything.
Does it buy things automatically?
No. It gets you to a filled-in checkout and highlights the final button. You review your order and press it yourself, every time.
How does it know when something restocks?
Our monitor checks each SKU's product page about every minute. Some stores refuse checks from servers; for those, your own browser (with the extension open) re-checks your own SKUs about once a minute — just like refreshing the page yourself. When it changes, you get a Discord DM.
How do I get into the Discord server?
Become a member, then press Connect Discord in your dashboard. The bot adds you to the server with the members' role. If your membership ends, the role is removed.
Is my card safe?
Your card is never sent to our servers. You save it in the browser extension, encrypted with a passphrase only you know. Once unlocked, the extension types it into the store's own payment form.
Does it work on my phone?
Discord pings reach any device. One-button checkout needs the extension in Chrome, Edge or Brave on a computer.
Is this allowed?
Every store has its own terms of use, and it's up to you to follow them. Mugibot keeps you in control: one account, the store's limits, no CAPTCHA or queue skipping, and you place every order yourself.
